Designing the perfect bespoke piece of jewellery starts with conversation.
David got in touch to create a bespoke pendant for his daughter Ellis’ 21st birthday. Time was against us, so we designed the pendant and he presented her with a sketch on the day, with the pendant to follow.
He had a carved coin, which he found out was a Victorian love token – perfect as the starting point for Ellis’ birthday gift as her birthday was on Valentines Day! We set it in the style of a sovereign pendant, with a rose gold bezel for contrast. A pear cut amethyst (February’s birthstone) and a pair of brilliant cut diamonds are bezel set in white gold on top of the pendant like a crown. The chain runs through the settings for a clean, contemporary look.
